The timber frame went up clean and the third shot through the framing stage, with sunlight crossing the floor exactly where Anubhav intended the window opening, tells you something about how this home was designed. Light as a design decision, not an afterthought. Internal fit out is now underway.

The frame is up. The roof is on. Internal lockup is underway. Three major milestones, delivered on the dates we said they would be. This is what an effectively managed build looks like: no surprises, no gaps, just a site moving forward the way it should.

Wallan is one of Melbourne's northern growth corridor suburbs with real momentum, growing infrastructure, a strong community, and land that still makes genuine sense for families who want space to live in rather than squeeze into.
