Curved walls and high ceilings at Fraser Rise. Not standard features, considered design decisions made at brief stage, before the frame went up. Curved walls change how a room feels to move through. The ceiling height was specified because it changes how a space feels the moment you walk in. Underground plumbing, slab, frame, and now the luxury fit out stage, each delivered on schedule.

Fraser Rise sits in Melbourne's western growth corridor with strong transport links and genuine infrastructure investment. TazVIC chose this suburb because the fundamentals work for the families and investors who are building here now.
